[Release] EArTh Chapter 13

Here's chapter 13 of EArTh, only one chapter left for the second volume.

On a side note, there seems to be a slight error with the name, Fukemachi.
On chapter 9, the book printed the name as:

更待（ふせまち）(Fusemachi)

However, on chapter 13 it was written with:

更待（ふけまち）(Fukemachi)

On later chapters, it's written again using  け (ke) instead of せ (se), so we're fixing the 22nd page of Chapter 9. It'll be available on the whole volume rar.
As for now, keep on waiting for the next chapters!
